seatbase, located in Saarbrücken, started with the goal of helping companies to stop paying for software licenses nobody used. It became clear fast that unused SaaS, ungoverned AI, and uncontrolled cloud dependency are the same failure: Nobody owns where company data goes.
We built one solution per layer of that problem. SMP governs the SaaS stack. Alesia governs AI use. OpenGryd governs the infrastructure underneath. Each stands on its own. Together, they close the loop.

I am a tech entrepreneur and AI researcher focused on how companies can use AI and software in a controlled and secure manner. I lead the strategic development of our platforms for private AI, AI governance, and SaaS management. In this role, I apply deep learning and temporal reasoning to help companies regain control over their data and systems.

I am responsible for our technology stack and product strategy. My focus is on scalable, robust architecture that enables companies to keep their systems and data securely under control. What drives me is solving technical complexity in a way that ultimately results in intelligent, reliable systems.

I am a serial entrepreneur with a passion for marketing and sales. Driven by the desire to turn ideas into reality, I bring innovative solutions to established organizations. My goal is to help companies regain control over their data, their use of AI, and their software spending.

At seatbase, I am responsible for core product features across our platforms, from the initial idea through to implementation. My focus is on understanding how users interact with our products. My goal is to create interfaces that feel simple and intuitive in everyday use.

Advisor
25+ years of leadership in IT delivery, managed services, carve-in/carve-out, and business development. PhD in computer science and state-certified business consultant. Specialized in conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration in critical situations.
