Welcome to seatbase ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the seatbase Experience Platform (the "Service") provided by seatbase Technologies GmbH.

By registering, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service

seatbase provides a B2B SaaS experience platform enabling organizations to manage and optimize digital customer journeys. The Service is intended solely for business users.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Fees: Use of certain features may require payment of fees as described in your service agreement or on our website.
  • Billing: All fees are due as invoiced. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

  • All content, software, and materials provided by seatbase remain the intellectual property of seatbase Technologies GmbH or its licensors.

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, seatbase Technologies GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless seatbase Technologies GmbH from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Saarbrücken, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
